- $500 Referral Bonus for Temporary Placements: Any candidate or current contractor who refers a candidate to Cella for a contract role may receive a $500 referral fee for the successful placement of the referred candidate. The referred candidate must work a minimum of 90 days in order for the referrer to be paid. A candidate or current contractor is defined as a W2 employee, independent contractor, or through a third party. The referred candidate must be placed with a client of Cella within six months of the date of the referral.
$1000 Referral Bonus for Direct-Hire Placements: Any candidate or current contractor who refers a candidate to Cella for a contract role may receive a $1,000 referral fee for the successful placement of the referred candidate. The referred candidate must work a minimum of 90 days in order for the referrer to be paid (when the guarantee period expires). The referrer will be paid upon receipt of the placement fee from the client. The referred candidate must be placed with a client of Cella within six months of the date of the referral.
