Tim has more than two decades of staffing experience and expertise—in the creative, marketing and digital fields—and is one of our company’s most valuable performers. Whether working directly with talent and clients or in leadership positions, Tim’s drive and focus have generated respect from the people he’s served. He spent his first decade at Cella as a Recruiter in the D.C. metropolitan area and NY/NJ, where he was responsible for opening the Cella office there. The last 10 years have been a mixture of operations, business analytics, customer relationship management (CRM)/applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation and overseeing the Delivery team for our National business unit. Presently, Tim devotes his energies to leading the entire Talent Recruitment and Delivery operation for Cella.

How does he manage to juggle all this? Let’s just say more than a little magic may be involved, which is why you might bump into Tim at one of the Walt Disney World parks that he, his wife and two boys enjoy visiting several times a year. You can also find Tim working on belt loops and patches for his resident Cub Scouts, who apparently both got their dad’s high-achiever gene.
